| When we found out that our friend Kate had gotten a new job and was moving out of state, my friends and I decided we should have one last get together to celebrate. Of course, for Lisa and Rachel, it couldn't just be a party, it had to have a theme. So, they decided the theme should be ... greeen. Yeah, the color green. Anyway, I just went along with it and helped find green decorations and plan out a green menu. It turned out to be a lot of fun. Who knew how much food was green? We had green chile chicken quesadillas, chips and guacamole, green apples, grapes, and kiwis, green beans, green jell-o, and limeade, and for dessert, graham cracker ice cream sandwiches with either lime sherbet or mint chocolate chip ice cream. |
